Easygo, an Australian powerhouse in the iGaming industry, is seeking a Senior Affiliate Manager to lead its LATAM affiliate market. This role is based in Melbourne, Australia, and offers the chance to be part of a unique and growing team.

The Senior Affiliate Manager will lead a high-performing affiliate team, build strong relationships with partners, and formulate innovative acquisition strategies. They will identify new traffic sources, boost customer acquisition, and maximize revenue in the LATAM regions. The role involves strategically onboarding and collaborating with affiliates to strengthen Easygo's market position.

What this role involves:

  • Leading the affiliate team to achieve business objectives.
  • Identifying opportunities for team expansion and proposing hiring needs.
  • Developing and maintaining clear processes for cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Breaking down goals into actionable tasks and ensuring efficient workload distribution.
  • Tracking and evaluating team member contributions, conducting performance reviews.
  • Conducting regular check-ins with team members to assess progress and provide support.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with affiliates to drive traffic and revenue.
  • Formulating and executing strategies to expand user acquisition in LATAM.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate reporting on team progress and campaign performance.
  • Continuously reviewing and refining internal workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Analyzing affiliate marketing campaigns and traffic sources for improvement.
  • Staying informed about industry trends and competitor affiliate programs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong background in analyzing campaign performance and optimizing to meet KPIs.
  • Experience leading and managing a team, with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to create reports and actionable insights.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
