Senior Affiliate Manager - LATAM at Easygo Gaming

Easygo is seeking a Senior Affiliate Manager to lead the strategy and team across Latin America. This role sits within the Melbourne Marketing team and will be pivotal in driving the growth of Easygo's affiliate program in LATAM. The Senior Affiliate Manager will lead a high-performing affiliate team. Easygo is a service provider to iGaming brands like Stake.com and Kick.com. The company is headquartered in Melbourne and has over 500 employees.

Role Involves:

• Leading the affiliate team to achieve business objectives.
• Identifying opportunities for team expansion and proposing hiring needs.
• Building and nurturing relationships with affiliates.
• Formulating and executing strategies to expand user acquisition efforts in LATAM.
• Analyzing affiliate marketing campaigns and traffic sources.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Experience leading and managing a team, with a track record of achieving targets and driving growth.
• Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to create reports and actionable insights.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
