Easygo is seeking a Risk Officer to join their Risk Team in Melbourne and play a crucial role in safeguarding Stake's platform's integrity. The Risk Officer will be responsible for monitoring, analysis, and reporting of customer activity to detect and mitigate potential risks.

The company prides itself as a service provider to brands within the iGaming industry, including Stake.com, Kick.com and Twist Gaming.

What this role involves:

  • Monitoring existing reports and alerts on our Sportsbook and Casino product and troubleshoot any issues or concerns
  • Working with the Business Intelligence team to design, develop, review and update custom reports and alerts
  • Collaborating with Business Intelligence, Sportsbook and Casino team to support complex risk investigations
  • Ensuring the company complies with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Providing day-to-day support to other teams
  • Reviewing and implementing business practices, internal policies and procedures manuals
  • Conducting regular product audits

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field
  • 2-3 years experience in professional environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Product suite, particularly Excel
  • Experience in Finance, Business or related industry (Desirable)
  • Experience in Risk, Fraud, Payments or related fields (Desirable)
  • Knowledge of Sports betting, Casino or iGaming (Desirable)
