The HR Business Partner role is based in São Paulo, Brazil.
They will be the main HR contact for the company in Brazil. They will be in charge of strategic HR projects and providing operational HR support. The HR Business Partner will boost employee engagement, make sure rules are followed, handle talent, and take care of HR tasks every day, ensuring a smooth HR process for both employees and leaders.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor laws and HR compliance.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
- Experience with HRIS, G-Suite, Culture Amp, and Atlassian tools is a plus.
