Staff Product Manager, Body Structures and Closures

Job Description

Lucid Motors is seeking a Staff Product Manager for the Body Structures and Closures team. This role is pivotal in shaping and defining Lucid's cutting-edge vehicle systems. The Product Manager will collaborate with UX, marketing, and requirements engineering teams to develop attributes that enhance customer experience and satisfaction.Role involves:

• Leading the product vision and strategy for relevant technologies.
• Translating Lucid’s market positioning into strategic vectors and tactical actions.
• Driving multi-year product roadmaps aligned with the company’s business strategy.
• Working with UX designers to integrate technologies that delight customers.
• Partnering with marketing teams to define market needs and customer value propositions.
• Serving as the primary point of contact between engineering, UX, marketing, and other stakeholders.
• Gathering insights and feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
• Conducting market analyses to identify forward-looking trends and innovation opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Product Management, Business, or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent competence strongly desired.
• At least 8 years of demonstrated high performance as a product manager.
• Significant knowledge of body related technologies, specifically in Closures systems and related vehicles features.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
• Innovative mindset with a passion for sustainability and electric vehicles.
• Clear aptitude in balancing conflicting needs.
• Refined communication skills.
