Easygo is seeking a Travel Coordinator to oversee and streamline corporate travel, ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and policy-compliant business trips for its employees. The Travel Coordinator will be integral to the Workplace Experience team, contributing to the People & Culture department's goals.

Role involves:

  • Implementing and maintaining a corporate travel policy.
  • Planning and coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Negotiating contracts with travel vendors.
  • Monitoring travel budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Assisting employees with travel documentation.
  • Resolving travel related issues.
  • Training employees on travel booking tools and policies.

Requirements:

  • Experience booking corporate travel.
  • Knowledge of travel procedures and considerations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced professional environment.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, and Jira is a plus.
