The Travel Coordinator will be integral to the Workplace Experience team, contributing to the People & Culture department's goals.
Role involves:
- Implementing and maintaining a corporate travel policy.
- Planning and coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Negotiating contracts with travel vendors.
- Monitoring travel budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Assisting employees with travel documentation.
- Resolving travel related issues.
- Training employees on travel booking tools and policies.
Requirements:
- Experience booking corporate travel.
- Knowledge of travel procedures and considerations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced professional environment.
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, and Jira is a plus.
