Easygo is seeking a Head of Studio to lead the slots studio in developing next-generation slot games. The Head of Studio will oversee the end-to-end development process, collaborate with the Game Production team, manage a talented team, and drive the creative direction and strategic growth of the studio. This role requires a driven game development professional who is ready to take the studio to the next level.Here's what this role involves:
- Defining and executing the studio’s roadmap.
- Managing the production pipeline for high-quality slot games.
- Collaborating with the Product, Design, and Math teams to create innovative slot game experiences.
- Building, mentoring, and leading a multidisciplinary team.
- Analyzing game performance data and iterating on designs.
- 10+ years in game development, with 5+ years in a leadership role overseeing slot game production.
- A strong understanding of game design and the technical requirements specific to slot games.
- Deep familiarity with slot game mechanics and regulatory considerations in iGaming.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in using analytics to guide decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills.
