Junior VIP Host at Easygo Gaming

Easygo is seeking a Junior VIP Host to join their dynamic team in Melbourne, Australia. The company provides services to brands, including Stake, Kick.com, and Twist Gaming. This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with high-value players on Stake, the world's largest crypto casino, through online chat.

The VIP Host will act as an ambassador for the casino, providing tailored solutions and aiming to exceed player expectations. Empathy and excellent written communication skills are essential, as all communication is conducted via chat.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining relationships with high-value clients
• Managing assigned accounts from start to finish
• Identifying and growing opportunities within the client base
• Ensuring timely and successful delivery of products
• Analyzing client behaviors and overall value
• Collaborating with other departments to improve customer experience

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Sports and gambling knowledge is advantageous
• Cryptocurrency knowledge is advantageous
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, Jira & Intercom
