Job Description
Lucid Motors is seeking a Staff Product Manager for their Chassis team. This role is pivotal in shaping and defining the company's cutting-edge vehicle systems, focusing on enhancing drive experience and fun-to-drive attributes. The Product Manager will collaborate with attribute teams, marketing, and requirements engineering teams to develop these attributes.
Role involves:
- Leading the product vision and strategy for relevant technologies.
- Driving multi-year product roadmaps aligned with the company’s business strategy.
- Collaborating with Vehicle Dynamics and NVH teams for seamless technology integration.
- Partnering with marketing teams to define market needs and customer value propositions.
- Serving as the primary point of contact between engineering, attribute teams, and marketing.
- Conducting market analyses to identify forward-looking trends and innovation opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Product Management, Business, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent competence strongly desired.
- At least 8 years of demonstrated high performance as a product manager.
- Significant knowledge of chassis related technologies and related vehicles features.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
- Innovative mindset with a passion for sustainability and electric vehicles.
- Refined communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
