Staff Product Manager, Interior and Exterior Trim Systems

Job Description

Lucid Motors is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Interior and Exterior Trim Systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic foundation and a passion for influencing customer interfaces, quality perception, and usability of various interior and exterior systems. This role involves shaping and defining vehicle systems through collaboration with various teams.

Role involves:

• Collaborating with Studio designers for seamless technology integration.
• Partnering with marketing teams to define market needs and value propositions.
• Serving as the primary point of contact between engineering, Studio, marketing, and other stakeholders.
• Gathering insights and feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyzing market trends to spot innovation opportunities.
• Monitoring competitors to ensure superior solutions.
• Working with research teams and vendors to find new technologies.
• Collaborating with engineering to align product innovation, costs, investments, time to market, and customer impact.

Requirements:

• 6+ years in engineering with product management experience.
• Experience in an Automotive Product development environment.
• Excellent communications and leadership skills.
• Self-Starter, able to work in fast-paced environment and effective communicator.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, ideally with additional Product Management certification.
