Niantic is seeking a Creative Production Manager for its Tokyo Studio. The role involves building and managing the creative pipeline, ensuring assets meet brand guidelines. The Creative Production Manager will collaborate with artists and agencies to develop creative concepts. They will also manage project timelines and budgets.

- Proven track record of managing creative projects
- Experience working with third party IP
- Native in Japanese, and business level proficiency in English is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly analytical with a data-driven approach
- Proficiency in creative software and tools relevant to asset production (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
- Passion for mobile gaming and a deep understanding of the gaming audience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hybrid environment and handle stress appropriately and/or ability to solve practical problems and be sufficiently adaptable to handle dynamic situations with little advance notice
- Experience working on cross-functional teams with ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal communications, including synchronous and asynchronous interactions with others
