HyprMX is seeking a Business Development Associate to foster new partnerships and expand existing ones. This role offers hands-on experience in business development, pitching HyprMX's services to global partners. The ideal candidate is intelligent, outgoing, determined, and eager to learn about digital advertising and the mobile app ecosystem. This role is located in New York, NY and follows a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities:
  • Initiate relationships with mobile app developers and publishers.
  • Generate leads, develop prospects, and build a business pipeline.
  • Organize and lead calls and in-person meetings.
  • Oversee client setups, optimize performance, and manage relationships.
  • Collaborate with operations during partner integration and launch.
  • Represent HyprMX at industry events.

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in account management, sales development, business development, or partnerships.
  • Passion for apps, games, and digital advertising.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
  • Naturally curious and always finding ways to contribute.
