Rockstar Games is seeking a Marketing Manager to contribute to the expansion of its business in Japan. This role offers a unique opportunity for a driven individual to significantly impact the company. Reporting to the Senior Publishing Director (Asia), the Marketing Manager will work independently, supported by the regional team. This position is based in Take-Two Tokyo office.Rockstar's publishing team in Asia focuses on business growth and regional market management. They handle product launches for console, PC, and portable video games, including live service titles.Responsibilities:
  • Develop a roadmap to enhance brand and product awareness among Japanese players.
  • Create tailored product marketing strategies for titles in Japan.
  • Collaborate with European and International teams to deliver campaigns for Japanese players.
  • Maintain relationships with local partners, including media, agencies, and distributors.
  • Stay updated on Japanese press and social media practices.
  • Establish relationships with the local gaming community and creators.
  • Provide local insight on communications efforts.
Qualifications:
  • Native-level Japanese, fluency in English.
  • 5+ years of experience in consumer marketing, preferably interactive entertainment.
  • Expertise launching Western brands in the Japanese market.
  • Knowledge of gaming communities in Japan and North America.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Passion for video games.
