Job Description

Lucid Motors is seeking a Sr. Vehicle Integration Engineer to lead the integration of attribute requirements for their luxury electric vehicles. This role involves solving complex engineering issues, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring optimal resolution from concept to manufacturing. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of customer needs, competitive benchmarking, and vehicle system technologies.

Role involves:
• Leading the integration of attribute requirements.
• Leading cross-functional issue resolution.
• Planning and executing drive events.
• Providing leadership in solving complex problems.
• Performing high-level concept development.
• Handling multiple work assignments.

Requirements:
• BS or MS Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Conversant with vehicle architectures and system technologies.
• 5+ years of experience at an automotive OEM or supplier.
• Passion for electric vehicles and energy efficiency.
• Motivation, flexibility, and adaptability.
• Problem-solving and communication skills.
• Assertiveness and self-motivation.
