HyprMX is seeking a Business Development Manager to foster new partnerships and expand existing ones. The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of business development experience and a comprehensive understanding of the mobile advertising industry. They should be knowledgeable, intelligent, outgoing, determined, and passionate about digital advertising and the mobile app ecosystem.Role involves:
- Initiating relationships with lead mobile app developers and publishers
- Generating leads, developing prospects, and building a business pipeline
- Organizing and leading calls and in-person meetings with prospective and existing partners
- Collaborating with the operations team during partner integration, testing, and launch of our ad SDK
- Overseeing and optimizing in app performance, and manage relationships with high-profile mobile publishers
- Working with legal team on negotiating and finalizing contracts
- Working cross functionally with internal teams to execute business initiatives
- Representing Jun Group's HyprMX at industry events and conferences both domestically and internationally
- Staying up-to-date on emerging technologies, trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices
Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience in business development or partnerships
- Passion for mobile apps, games, and digital advertising
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Detail-oriented and enjoy analysis and problem-solving
- Naturally curious and always finding ways to contribute
- Existing relationships with mobile app developers is a plus
