Lucid Motors is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Advisor to join their team in Dubai. This role is crucial in driving the success of Lucid's luxury electric vehicles by engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the car buying process. The Sales Advisor will play a key role in achieving sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and helping to achieve the company's goals.
Responsibilities: - Engage with potential customers and build rapport.
- Showcase the features of Lucid's electric vehicles.
- Create a welcoming and informative environment.
- Maintain knowledge of electric vehicles and the market.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Arrange and conduct test drives.
- Manage sales funnel using Salesforce.
- Maintain a strong follow-up process.
Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in GCC automotive or luxury product sales.
- Passion for electric vehicles and sustainable mobility.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric approach.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Tech-savvy with digital tools and CRM systems (SalesForce).
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to work evening hours, weekends and holidays
