Powerdot is seeking a Customer Support Rockstar to join its talent pool for future opportunities. This role is based in Lisbon and focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction and the smooth operation of the charging network. Powerdot is dedicated to making EV charging accessible and convenient.

What the role involves:

  • Handling customer queries via calls, emails, and support systems.
  • Investigating issues to identify root causes and implement solutions.
  • Monitoring the charging network to proactively resolve problems.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Documenting interactions and sharing insights for service improvement.
  • Bringing energy, empathy, and efficiency to every customer interaction.

Requirements:

  • Problem-solving skills with customer support experience.
  • Fluency in at least three languages: Portuguese, English, French, Spanish, or Flemish.
  • Strong communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Passion for sustainability and mobility.
  • Located in Lisbon (or willing to relocate) and available for rotating shifts.
