Powerdot is seeking an Account Manager Coordinator to accelerate the transition to sustainable mobility. The company collaborates with over 1,200 partner companies across Portugal, Spain, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Poland, managing over 2,200 contracted sites.This role involves:
  • Ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Integrating Powerdot tools with client retail operations.
  • Designing special operations for client events.
  • Maximizing the Net Promoter Score.
  • Collecting client feedback.
  • Automating processes.
  • Identifying underperforming sites and proposing improvements.
  • Identifying the sites on which to add additional charging stations and sign extension contracts on existing sites.
  • Turning existing customers into ambassadors to other prospects
  • Coordinating with the rest of the Business Development team to help reach the company's commercial development objectives
Requirements include:
  • Bac+5 degree from a Business or Engineering school.
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer success management, ideally in a B2B scale-up.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Pragmatism and problem-solving skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and autonomy.
