Lucid Motors is seeking a Delivery Advisor to engage with customers who have ordered Lucid vehicles. This role involves guiding customers through the ownership process, collecting information, and coordinating vehicle deliveries.
The Delivery Advisor will be responsible for delivering a world-class customer service experience, building meaningful relationships, and demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of adapting to customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience
- Coach customers through phone, email, and chat
- Perform personal and efficient deliveries
- Educate customers on product features
- Address customer concerns
- Collect and record customer information accurately
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge
- Collaborate with various teams
- Record customer feedback
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, support, or a customer-facing role in the automotive industry
- Passion for a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Strong storytelling and active listening skills
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to work weekends
- Driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexibility to travel
