A good engineer at Airbyte should have:

• Experience in profiling and optimizing high-performance applications
• Deep understanding of data infrastructure, Databases, and/or Data warehousing
• Proficiency in Java and/or Kotlin
• Ability to build abstractions & tools which multiply output
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and desire to self manage
• Excitement to work in the SF office 3x/week
