A good engineer at Airbyte should have:
- Experience in profiling and optimizing high-performance applications
- Deep understanding of data infrastructure, Databases, and/or Data warehousing
- Proficiency in Java and/or Kotlin
- Ability to build abstractions & tools which multiply output
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and desire to self manage
- Excitement to work in the SF office 3x/week
