The Delivery Advisor will guide customers through the vehicle ownership process, gather crucial information, and coordinate vehicle deliveries. Responsibilities:
  • Offer an unparalleled customer experience.
  • Coach customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Conduct deliveries efficiently and inspirationally.
  • Inform customers about the product and ownership experience.
  • Handle objections to build customer trust and excitement.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations with customers across multiple channels.
  • Collect and record customer information with impeccable accuracy.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with sales, vehicle registration, order operations, and logistics teams.
  • Record customer feedback for product and process improvement.
  • Identify inefficiencies in workflows and communicate solutions.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track funnel developments and manage customer data.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, support, or a customer-facing role in the automotive industry.
  • Passion for a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Detail-oriented with precision.
  • Strong storytelling, active listening, and customer relationship skills.
  • Self-starter and quick thinker with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and prioritization abilities.
  • Ability to work rotating weekends for customer deliveries.
  • Driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Flexibility to travel on short notice for deliveries.
  • Salesforce or CRM knowledge (advantageous).
