Enterprise Account Executive

Job Description

Ditto is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to lead sales efforts within large enterprises, driving new business and expansion. The Enterprise Account Executive will collaborate with technical and product teams to meet client needs, close high-value deals, and nurture relationships. This role is crucial in achieving revenue targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The company's peer-to-peer technology is trusted by major customers like Chick-fil-A and Delta Airlines. Ditto also works closely with the U.S. military on mission-critical connectivity solutions. Responsibilities include:

• Driving new business through strategic prospecting and consultative selling.
• Building and managing relationships with existing customers, identifying upsell opportunities.
• Partnering with internal teams to craft tailored product demonstrations and business value propositions.
• Meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Staying informed about market trends and competitor offerings.
• Maintaining accurate sales activity tracking and pipeline management using CRM tools like Salesforce.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise software sales.
• Experience working in a high-growth startup (Series A or Series B).
• Proven ability to influence C-level executives.
• Experience in cloud, SaaS, data infrastructure, or enterprise software markets preferred.
• Demonstrated success managing long sales cycles.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple deals.
