Job Description
HeyGen is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their growth team. The ideal candidate will create world-class user experiences and contribute to the company's mission of making visual storytelling accessible. This role involves working closely with founders and leaders, and collaborating with an elite design team.

Responsibilities:
  • Rapidly experiment and ship A/B tests.
  • Design for growth loops, impacting user acquisition, onboarding, retention, and monetization.
  • Collaborate with data analysts to inform design decisions.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to iterate on growth ideas.
  • Balance speed and craft in design execution.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience designing and shipping software solutions.
  • Proven track record of designing for metrics-driven outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of metrics, user psychology, and interface design.
  • Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and product teams.
  • Experience in visual design.
  • Open-minded, self-driven, and a strong learner.
