Sales Specialist at Lucid Motors

Lucid Motors is seeking a Sales Specialist for their Studio in Vancouver, BC. This role is pivotal in guiding customers through their journey with Lucid, serving as their main point of contact from sales to delivery.

The Sales Specialist will engage with customers, assess their needs, provide product expertise, and build lasting relationships. They will also manage the transaction process, support financing/leasing applications, and ensure a smooth delivery experience. Excellent communication skills and a passion for electric vehicles are essential.

• Guiding customers on their journey with Lucid
• Serving as the main point of contact from sales to delivery
• Assessing customer needs through personalized interactions

• Managing a robust sales pipeline
• Conducting test drives and articulating selling points
• Managing end to end transitions for Order to Delivery Management
• Supporting customers with financing/leasing applications
• Ensuring a smooth purchase and financing process

Requirements:

• 2+ years of relevant sales experience in a commission-based environment
• Experience in retail automotive sales and desking is highly desired
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
• Proven track record of achieving individual sales goals
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for electric vehicles and the premium vehicle market
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a DMV Salesperson License
