Jun Group is looking for an Associate Director, Programmatic Partnerships to drive growth through its innovative programmatic solutions, selling to media agencies and brands nationally. The Associate Director will report to the Senior Director, Programmatic Partnerships.

The role is based in Jun Group's NYC office on Madison Square Park, requiring in-office work Tuesday through Thursday each week.

Responsibilities include:

  • Owning and driving revenue growth for Jun Group’s programmatic solutions.
  • Meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Meeting and developing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
  • Prospecting and cultivating new business while expanding existing partnerships.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment between client needs and company offerings.
  • Developing targeted sales strategies to capture new or expanded revenue streams.

Key qualifications:

  • 5+ years of digital sales experience, with extensive experience selling programmatic solutions.
  • Proven ability to independently manage and close deals and surpass revenue goals.
  • Expertise in using Salesforce to optimize sales activity and maintain an accurate pipeline.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Exceptional organization and analytical skills.
  • Proactive mindset, high integrity, and extreme professionalism.
