Horizons is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join their team, focusing on the ANZ and greater APAC region. This role involves outbound sales, business development, and client engagement within the HR tech space. The Account Executive will leverage their existing network to generate new business, understand customer needs, and position Horizons' EOR and payroll solutions. They will contribute to market expansion, collaborate with internal teams, and manage relationships with key decision-makers.

Role Involves:

  • Leading outbound sales efforts in ANZ and APAC.
  • Building and managing a sales pipeline.
  • Engaging with clients and partners to generate new business opportunities.
  • Providing tailored proposals and solutions.
  • Contributing to the strategic growth of Horizons.
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements.
  • Providing sales forecasts and performance reports.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years sales experience.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in outbound sales within HR tech (EOR or Payroll).
  • Strong existing network of clients and partners within the HR tech industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the EOR and payroll landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
