Horizons is seeking an Account Executive to close, sign, and activate new client accounts from the China region. They will leverage leads from online platforms, partnerships, and BDRs, and capitalize on opportunities from Horizons’ existing client base. The role involves independently generating a robust outbound sales pipeline and driving the process from lead generation to client activation.

Responsibilities:
  • Own the entire sales cycle.
  • Promptly engage with new leads.
  • Actively develop your own project pipeline.
  • Nurture and strengthen relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Diligently manage and record all sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with other customer-facing teams within Horizons.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Exhibit proficiency in pipeline forecasting, management, and documentation.
  • Participate actively and punctually in all relevant sales meetings.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales or Business Development within a technology environment, preferably in HR or payroll software sales.
  • Passion for problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Skilled in negotiating business terms with diverse client groups.
  • Track record of developing strong client relationships.
  • Proven success in building and closing deals from an outbound sales pipeline.
  • History of exceeding sales quotas in previous roles.
  • High energy and positivity.
  • Driven, success-oriented mindset, balanced with a positive attitude and self-initiative.
  • Experience with Hubspot or Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Native fluency in Mandarin Chinese, good English.
