Job Description

Horizons is seeking a Partnership Sales Manager to build a revenue-generating partner ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a background in the HR tech space, with partnership sales experience within HR tech, ideally within the EOR or Payroll sectors.

The candidate will report directly to the regional sales leader. The role involves recruiting, onboarding and nurturing strategic partners to drive growth for Horizons.

Role Involves:

  • Leveraging an existing network to generate new business opportunities.
  • Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new strategic partners.
  • Developing and executing partner engagement strategies.
  • Meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual targets.
  • Training and enabling partners with the tools and resources to sell Horizons’ solutions.
  • Cultivating long-term relationships with partners.
  • Setting and tracking KPIs for partner performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years relevant sales experience and min 5 years of experience in partnership sales within HR tech.
  • A strong existing network of clients and partners within the HR tech industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the EOR and payroll landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed (up to 25%).
