Horizons is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Executive to join their team. This role is focused on driving sales within the NAMER region, targeting the mid-market sector in the HR tech space. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outbound sales, a robust network within the HR industry, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

The Sales Account Executive will play a crucial role in expanding Horizons' presence and driving revenue growth in the NAMER region.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead outbound sales efforts across the NAMER region.
  • Actively build and manage a sales pipeline.
  • Leverage an existing network to generate new business.
  • Position Horizons’ EOR and payroll solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Contribute to the strategic growth in the NAMER region.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reporting.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years sales experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound sales within HR tech (EOR or Payroll).
  • Strong network of clients and partners within the HR tech industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the EOR and payroll landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
