Job Description
Horizons is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Executive to join their team. This role is focused on driving sales within the NAMER region, targeting the mid-market sector in the HR tech space. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outbound sales, a robust network within the HR industry, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
The Sales Account Executive will play a crucial role in expanding Horizons' presence and driving revenue growth in the NAMER region.
Responsibilities:
- Lead outbound sales efforts across the NAMER region.
- Actively build and manage a sales pipeline.
- Leverage an existing network to generate new business.
- Position Horizons’ EOR and payroll solutions to meet customer needs.
- Contribute to the strategic growth in the NAMER region.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reporting.
- Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years sales experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound sales within HR tech (EOR or Payroll).
- Strong network of clients and partners within the HR tech industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the EOR and payroll landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
