Horizons is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer success within the HR tech space, managing mid-market and enterprise-level accounts.This role involves:
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Overseeing the onboarding process for new customers.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

  • Monitoring and analyzing customer health metrics.

Requirements include:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success, with a focus on HR tech.
  • Experience managing mid-market and enterprise-level accounts.
  • Strong understanding of customer success metrics and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
