VP of Product - AI at Karbon

Karbon is seeking a VP of Product - AI to lead the product vision and strategy for its AI suite. This role involves leading product strategy and roadmap development, conducting customer research and market analysis, and translating insights into product specifications. The VP of Product will work closely with R&D, sales, and customer success teams.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading product strategy and roadmap development for Karbon’s AI suite.
• Conducting customer research and market analysis.
• Translating customer insights into detailed product specifications.
• Collaborating with R&D throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Defining and monitoring key product metrics.
• Partnering with sales and customer success to enable product adoption.
• Communicating Karbon AI’s product vision to customers and analysts.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in product management in the SaaS space.
• Experience building products using LLM/AI technologies.
• Deep understanding of data privacy, data security, and/or AI governance.
• Strong technical acumen.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
