VP of Product - AI at Karbon

Karbon is seeking a VP of Product - AI to lead the product vision and strategy. The ideal candidate will drive product innovation and collaborate with various teams to deliver value to customers. This role involves shaping product strategy, pricing, and go-to-market motions.Karbon is the global leader in practice management software for growth-minded accounting firms. Karbon's cloud platform streamlines work and communication, saving accounting firms time.Role Responsibilities:

• Lead product strategy and roadmap development for Karbon’s AI suite of products.
• Work directly with the CPO on core strategy and vision.
• Conduct customer research and market analysis.
• Translate insights into product specifications.
• Collaborate with R&D throughout the development lifecycle.
• Define and monitor key product metrics.
• Partner with sales and customer success to enable product adoption.
• Communicate Karbon AI’s product vision.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in product management in SaaS
• Experience building products using LLM/AI technologies from concept to go to market
• Understanding of data privacy, data security, and/or AI governance
• Strong technical acumen.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Data-driven mindset.
• Passion for building innovative products.
• Understanding of agentic workflows.
