OLIVER, a part of The Brandtech Group, is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team in Tokyo, Japan. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and enthusiastic individual who can assist in managing cultural partner marketing materials, brand marketing campaigns, and administrative tasks. This role requires someone comfortable working with both internal and external stakeholders, with the ability to think strategically and operate tactically.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing creative requests and driving process improvements for cultural partners.
  • Creating and maintaining QR codes for cultural partners.
  • Managing invoices for the Marketing Management team.
  • Coordinating with external vendors for print and other production needs.
  • Assisting in the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, collaborating with various teams.
  • Handling administrative tasks such as scheduling, archiving, vendor payments, and Google Drive management.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Japanese is essential.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience in an agency, cultural, or corporate environment.
  • Interest in the arts and cultural sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in an agile environment and efficiently manage multiple tasks.
  • A proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities.
