What this role involves: - Planning and developing monthly content calendars.
- Assisting in the creative conceptualization of social campaigns across media channels.
- Defining and executing social media strategy for different platforms.
- Producing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports with analysis.
- Planning and scheduling posts at optimal times.
- Monitoring competitor activities.
- Handling negative feedback or crises promptly.
- Testing new social media features, tools and formats.
Requirements: - Excellent client engagement skills.
- Highly creative with the ability to generate ideas.
- Understanding of how to integrate with a client-side team.
- Expertise in managing and optimising paid social boosting across Facebook Business Suite.
- Experience of managing paid social on other platforms (Meta, Twitter, TikTok, Youtube etc) is a bonus.
- Instinctive understanding of how to find the right influencers and media partners.
- Experience across a range of social media management tools.
