OLIVER, a part of The Brandtech Group, is seeking an Integrated Designer to join their team in Melbourne, Australia. The Integrated Designer will be responsible for taking digital, motion, print, and social content projects from brief to completion. He will provide new ideas and creativity while adhering to client brand guidelines. The Integrated Designer will manage the day-to-day operations of global/regional campaigns within specified timeframes and budgets.

Role Involves:

  • Leading regional design projects in collaboration with agency teams.
  • Scoping new projects with Account Management and client teams.
  • Creating new designs for regional brand communications.
  • Delivering multichannel designs aligned with core objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Supporting creative excellence across all global brand touch points.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of design technology and techniques.

Requirements:

  • 5 years+ creative/design agency experience.
  • Expertise in designing brand activity for recognisable brands.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passionate approach.
  • Ability to understand client challenges and develop designs for multichannel brand projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe CC software (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Knowledge of motion graphics and animation (storyboarding only).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work within an international agency team.
  • Meticulous eye for detail and interpreting brand guidelines effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, proactive and solution focused.
