OLIVER, a part of The Brandtech Group, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Designer to join their team in Manila, Philippines. The Designer will be responsible for producing visually stunning and effective creative work that aligns with client brand guidelines. This role requires a passion for design and conception, along with the ability to manage projects from start to finish.

Role Involves:

• Producing innovative designs for client channels.
• Managing the full design lifecycle from concept to execution.
• Developing a deep understanding of target audiences and marketing strategies.
• Pitching creative solutions in response to marketing strategies.
• Overseeing the preparation of finished files.

Requirements:

• A passion for design and conception.
• Deep affinity with layout, typography, and idea-generation.
• Ability to take ownership of projects.
• Consistent record of delivering design projects within deadlines.
• Attention to detail.
• Experience working closely with clients.
• Excellent Adobe CS skills.
• On- and Offline design experience with an emphasis on Digital.
• Retouching experience and skills to mid-level.
• Self-motivated and a collaborative team player.
