OLIVER, a part of The Brandtech Group, is seeking a GenAI Art Director to innovate with brands in Jakarta, Indonesia. The ideal candidate will be passionate and ambitious, with experience at a creative agency being advantageous. They will develop creative concepts and content using automation and GenAI, underpinned by exceptional Photoshop skills and experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications.

The GenAI Art Director will be trained in Generative AI prompting and will work with clients and internal teams to deliver marketing materials, utilizing the organization's green-listed GenAI tools and platforms. This role is fast-paced, responsive, and spans across all digital media, requiring a technical mindset to implement new technologies and execute projects at scale.

Role involves:

  • Collaborating with global teams to deliver solutions using AI and automation.
  • Communicating and collaborating with Clients, Account Management, and Production teams.
  • Focusing on asset creation and process implementation.
  • Versioning, adapting, and localizing assets for regional markets.
  • Ensuring brand consistency and quality of creative output.
  • Implementing project milestones and delivering projects on time.
  • Adapting to emerging automation technologies and platforms.
  • Participating in training and supporting new team members.
  • Maintaining accurate time sheets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years' experience as a multimedia designer.
  • A strong understanding of Generative AI.
  • Experience working with beauty brands.
  • Strong foundation in design principles and visual communication.
  • Proven track record of executing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Comprehensive grasp of trends in new media and technology.
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter attitude.
  • Effective communication skills in high-pressure scenarios.
  • Openness to share expertise and collaborate with a global network.
  • Experience in high volume adaptation deliverables.
  • Multi-market experience.
