OLIVER, as part of The Brandtech Group, is seeking a GenAI Motion Graphic Designer to join their team in Manila, Philippines. The ideal candidate will use the Pencil platform to create high-performing ads for enterprise clients and small businesses. This role requires deep experience with GenAI tools and a passion for exploring and expanding techniques to push beyond creative limitations.

The GenAI Motion Graphic Designer will inspire a team with creative solutions, develop and retouch outputs, and ensure deliverables exceed expectations. The person will also collaborate with training, product, and engineering teams to improve platform and stay up-to-date with AI trends by completing ongoing training and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Role Involves:

  • Developing and generating content.
  • Retouching outputs to meet quality standards.
  • Handling multiple projects.
  • Accepting feedback and iterating designs.
  • Ensuring final deliverables exceed expectations.
  • Collaborating with Training, Product, and Engineering teams.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of design and animation experience.
  • Experience working with beauty brands.
  • Expertise in design and animation across all platforms.
  • Excellent design, typography, and layout skills.
  • Expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong client liaison skills.
  • Willingness to learn and incorporate AI.
