Job Description
OLIVER, a part of The Brandtech Group, is seeking a GenAI Motion Graphic Designer to join their team in Mumbai. This role involves utilizing the Pencil platform to create high-quality, high-performing ads for enterprise clients or small businesses. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in GenAI tools and a passion for exploring and expanding techniques to overcome creative limitations.
Role Involves:
- Hands-on design and animation work with a team.
- Developing, generating, and manually retouching outputs to meet quality standards.
- Handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborating with Training and Product & Engineering teams to improve AI capabilities.
- Staying up-to-date with AI trends and participating in knowledge-sharing sessions.
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of design and animation experience, preferably with beauty brands.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere).
- Excellent design, typography, and layout skills with attention to detail.
- Strong client liaison skills and experience in developing client relationships.
- Willingness to learn and incorporate AI into design processes.
