OLIVER, established in 2004, is seeking a GenAI Motion Graphic Designer based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The company specializes in creating bespoke in-house agencies and marketing ecosystems for brands and is part of The Brandtech Group, leveraging AI technology to enhance creativity and efficiency.

The GenAI Motion Graphic Designer will utilize platforms like Pencil to produce high-performing ads for enterprise clients and small businesses. This role involves working with a team to resolve creative challenges and pushing the boundaries of AI's capabilities. The candidate will need to have deep experience with GenAI tools and marketing principles.

Role Involves:

  • Hands-on design and motion graphics work within a systematic GenAI delivery process.
  • Intervening in developing and retouching outputs to meet quality standards.
  • Handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborating on designs and iterating based on feedback.
  • Exploring and implementing new GenAI techniques.
  • Working with product and engineering teams to test new features.
  • Staying up to date with evolving AI trends.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of design and animation experience.
  • Experience working with beauty brands.
  • Expertise in design and animation across platforms.
  • Excellent design, typography, and layout skills.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong client liaison skills.
  • Knowledge of After Effects animation (bonus).
