OLIVER, part of The Brandtech Group, is seeking a GenAI Motion Graphic Designer to join their team in Ho Chi Minh City. This role involves utilizing the Pencil platform to create high-quality, high-performing ads for enterprise clients and small businesses. The GenAI Motion Graphic Designer will inspire a team with creative solutions, overcome the limitations of GenAI, and contribute to the GenAI revolution.

Role Involves:

• Hands-on work with a team.
• Applying marketing principles and branding.
• Developing, generating, or retouching outputs to meet quality standards.
• Handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Iterating designs in a collaborative environment.
• Ensuring deliverables exceed design and production requirements.
• Exploring and implementing new GenAI Techniques.
• Testing new GenAI features and providing feedback.

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of design and animation experience.
• Experience working with beauty brands.
• Expertise in design and animation across all platforms.
• Excellent design, typography, and layout skills.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong client liaison skills.
• Willingness to learn and incorporate AI.
