OLIVER, as part of The Brandtech Group, is seeking a GenAI Motion Graphic Designer in Bangkok, Thailand. The candidate will utilize the Pencil platform to create high-performing ads for enterprise clients and small businesses. The role involves working within a team, addressing creative challenges, and overcoming the limitations of GenAI. The designer will need deep expertise in GenAI tools and their application in the advertising industry, along with problem-solving skills to push beyond perceived creative limitations.

The Motion Graphic Designer will be responsible for:

  • Developing, generating, and retouching outputs to meet quality standards.
  • Handling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Iterating on designs based on feedback in a collaborative team.
  • Ensuring final deliverables exceed design and production expectations.
  • Exploring and implementing new GenAI techniques and providing feedback to product teams.
  • Staying updated on AI trends through training and knowledge-sharing sessions..

Requirements include:

  • 4-5 years of design and animation experience, with a focus on beauty brands.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere).
  • Excellent design, typography, and layout skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience working closely with clients.
  • Strong client communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to learn and incorporate AI into design processes.
