OLIVER, a part of The Brandtech Group, is seeking a GenAI Motion Graphic Designer to join their team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will leverage the Pencil platform to deliver high-quality, high-performing ads to clients, resolve creative challenges, and inspire a team with creative solutions. The candidate will deliver impact for OLIVER’s clients and fame for their work, as well as make you one of the leading voices of the GenAI revolution.

Role Involves:

• Working hands-on with a team to demonstrate GenAI capabilities within a systematic GenAI delivery process.
• Developing, generating, or retouching outputs to meet quality standards.
• Handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Exploring and implementing new GenAI techniques.
• Testing GenAI features and providing feedback for platform improvements.

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of design and animation experience.
• Experience working with beauty brands.
• Expertise in design and animation across all platforms.
• Excellent design, typography, and layout skills.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere).
• Strong client liaison skills.
• Willingness to learn and incorporate AI into design processes.
