OLIVER, established in 2004, is seeking a talented Motion Graphics Designer to join their team in Manila, Philippines. As a specialist in designing and building in-house agencies, OLIVER partners with over 300 clients across 40+ countries. This role offers the opportunity to innovate with brands, develop creative concepts, and implement content and campaigns.

The Motion Graphics Designer will collaborate with the creative and project management teams to produce high-quality video content that aligns with branding priorities. The ideal candidate possesses passion, creativity, curiosity, and ambition, with experience in creating digital content and social campaigns within a creative agency.

Role Involves:

  • Creating and delivering motion graphics for various media
  • Working with design and creative teams to implement audio, video, typography, animation, etc.
  • Editing video footage and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics
  • Staying up to date on the latest graphic design techniques
  • Using Adobe Creative Suite to create video content

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of design and animation experience
  • Degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, or strong proven work experience
  • Strong portfolio of real-world and experimental projects
  • Keen eye for design and aesthetics
  • Organized and able to prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong team player
  • Excellent design, typography, and layout skills
  • Strong expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite
