Sales Operations Intern at Lucid Motors

Lucid Motors is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Intern to join their team in Amsterdam. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment within the luxury electric vehicle industry.

The intern will work closely with various departments, assisting with day-to-day operations, business analytics, and project management. They will be responsible for setting up systems for events, updating data, providing key reports, testing new functionalities, and supporting different business areas with data requests.

Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day operations by setting up systems in preparation for events.
• Assist the business analytics function, including updating/cleaning data and providing key reports.
• Assist project management to ensure successful and timely completion of key projects.
• Perform testing and implement improvements on new functionality and tools.
• Launch new processes and tools, create training materials, and ensure compliance.
• Support different business areas by providing key data on request.

Requirements:

• Available from March 2025 for 6-12 months full time (40h/week).
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or similar field.
• Fluent in written and verbal English (Level C1 or higher).
• Must be based in Amsterdam during the internship.
• Passion for Electric Vehicles.
• Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Self-starter with initiative.
• Curiosity and a positive attitude.
