OLIVER, a part of The Brandtech Group, is seeking a Senior Creator (Copy) to join their team in Ho Chi Minh City. The individual will oversee and direct conceptual and IMC projects.

The Senior Creator will be ultimately responsible for the quality of ideas and the end-to-end copy execution of jobs, from brief through to implementation and delivery. The ideal candidate will collaborate with clients to deliver their visions.

Role Involves:

  • Motivating the creative team.
  • Monitoring the quality of design projects and seeking feedback.
  • Managing the timely delivery of all jobs/projects.
  • Implementing innovative ways of delivering design services.
  • Overseeing team meetings and work review meetings.
  • Acting as brand guardian.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience writing for digital.
  • Experience in directing complex, commercial projects.
  • Ability to write, research, and conceptualize creative content.
  • Ability to repurpose existing content.
  • Mastery of a variety of brand voices.
  • Proven communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Senior-level written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive and confident.
