OLIVER, established in 2004, seeks a Senior Designer to produce impactful and effective creative work. The Senior Designer will develop creative design solutions from concept to execution, provide innovative ideas, and collaborate closely with clients, adhering to their brand guidelines. This role demands a blend of creative vision, technical expertise, and strong client management skills.Role Responsibilities:
  • Producing innovative designs for client's channels.
  • Managing the full design lifecycle from concept to execution.
  • Developing a deep understanding of target audiences and marketing strategies.
  • Pitching creative solutions in response to marketing strategies.
  • Overseeing the preparation of finished files.
Requirements:
  • A passion for design.
  • Minimum 4 years relevant experience with digital agency.
  • Ability to take ownership of projects from concept to completion.
  • Excellent Adobe CS skills.
  • Strong client liaison skills.
  • On- and Offline design experience with an emphasis on Digital.
  • Retouching experience to mid-level.
  • Collaborative team player.
