Job Description
OLIVER is seeking a Social Marketing Manager for YouTube Marketing in Seoul, South Korea. In this role, the individual will shape the brand's social personality and communication in a dynamic region. The Social Marketing Manager will drive social strategies and campaigns to impact marketing and business goals in South Korea.
  • Develop strategies, calendars and GTMs plans for specific campaigns
  • Work with internal teams and stakeholders to align on directions and OKRs while ensuring all plans are aligned with YouTube’s brand mission and strategy
  • Brief agencies and ensuring smooth and timely execution of the campaign
  • Conduct Performance measurement and post mortems of campaigns to inform stakeholders and future plans.
  • Support FTE in compliance with regards to the SOWs, POS and invoices of external agency partners.
Requirements include:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in planning, executing and optimizing social media content & campaigns.
  • Understanding of best in class social media work in the industry and partners who can deliver the same.
  • Experience in working with content production houses and agencies.
  • Experience working with influencers and creators
  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills.
  • Fluency in Korean language.
