The role focuses on driving innovative brand solutions using AI-powered creative solutions, demanding a blend of deep beauty sector knowledge and understanding of emerging AI technologies. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for leading client relationships, driving AI innovation, and ensuring project profitability.

  • Developing a deep understanding of client business objectives and identifying strategic opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of account management experience.
  • Strong experience in the beauty/FMCG sector.
  • Proven track record of client growth.
  • Experience with digital transformation and understanding of AI capabilities.
  • Ability to work on-site 3 days per week.
  • Strong presentation skills, change management capability, and digital platform expertise.
  • Deep understanding of AI technology, performance marketing, and creative production.
  • Budget management skills and strong commercial focus.
