OLIVER, a part of The Brandtech Group, is seeking a highly creative and self-sufficient Social Media Content Creator to join their team in Manila. This role involves bringing the Lactum brand to life across various social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. The ideal candidate will be a one-person content powerhouse capable of concepting, shooting, editing, and publishing high-quality content independently.

The Social Media Content Creator will be at the forefront of digital storytelling, creating engaging, trend-driven, and brand-aligned content that resonates with the audience.

What this role involves:

  • Conceptualizing, scripting, shooting, and editing short-form videos for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Capturing behind-the-scenes moments, employee stories, product highlights, and cultural moments in an engaging way.
  • Writing compelling captions, post copy, and calls-to-action to drive engagement.
  • Brainstorming new and creative ways to reach and engage target audiences.
  • Staying ahead of social media & cultural trends, memes and platform updates.
  • Creating high-quality, platform-optimized content using graphic design tools and video editing software like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
  • Managing and scheduling the content calendar in collaboration with the Social Media Manager.
  • Researching industry trends, audience preferences, and emerging social media technologies.
  • Collaborating with the Social Media Manager and other creative team members to brainstorm ideas and execute campaigns.
  • Analyzing social media metrics and insights to optimize content and campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Social Media / Content Creator experience.
  • Expertise in building online communities and engaging with customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in creating simple social videos and static content.
  • Experience in managing KOCs, KOLs, and influencers.
  • Strong MS Office skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
