Sales Specialist at Lucid Motors

Lucid Motors is seeking a Sales Specialist to join their team in Vancouver, BC. In this role, the Sales Specialist will be the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through their journey with Lucid from sales to transaction facilitation, and successful delivery. The role involves engaging with customers to understand their needs, providing expert knowledge of Lucid products, and building lasting relationships. The Sales Specialist will also manage the entire transaction process, assist with daily operations as needed, and maintain regular communication with customers.

Role Involves:

• Guiding customers from sales to delivery
• Assessing customer needs and offering tailored solutions
• Managing sales pipelines within Salesforce
• Facilitating transactions, including financing and registration
• Conducting test drives and delivering memorable sales experiences

Requirements:

• 2+ years of sales experience in a commission-based environment
• Retail automotive sales and desking experience is highly desired
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
• Passion for electric vehicles and the premium vehicle market
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a VSA Salesperson License
